Second batch of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Jaffna has completed the registration for the degree program on 26th November 2014. Noticeably, 98% of the students from the list which was sent by UGC, registered this time. The orientation program for the registered students is being conducted, since 1st of December for 5 weeks. During the orientation program, the students, while getting acquainted with the faculty environment, will be given enough opportunities to (i) improve their English language competency, (ii) hone up their communication skills, (iii) visit industries to see how do they operate and (iv) get enlightened on matters such as management, leadership, ethic, safety and first aid.
