A CPD program on highway construction materials testing was conducted by Dr. A. Anburuvel, from the Department of Civil Engineering, to technical officers from RDD to enhance their experimental skills. On 23rd July 2015, at the end of the program, a friendly cricket encounter between the RDD and Faculty staff members was organized at the cricket ground of the Kilinochchi premises of the University of Jaffna. It was a good opportunity for both RDD and faculty of engineering staff to interact closely and share light moment.
